A product studio for go-to-market software

The studio behind Haloplane and the UPMM.

We build GTM software and AI-native B2B products. The studio brings operator pedigree, methodology authorship, and architectural conviction to a category most teams enter without any of the three. Haloplane and the UPMM are the first product to come out of it.

01What we do

Three practices. One discipline.

We build GTM software and AI-native B2B products. Three practices compound into one discipline — architecture direction, product authorship, and methodology authorship. Haloplane is the first.

01 · Architecture direction
Where the product spine lives.
Every studio product rests on architectural calls made on day one — data model, calibration layer, provenance design, AI/LLM boundary, multi-tenant shape. The decisions that compound for five years and can’t be backfilled later. The studio treats them as product decisions, not engineering ones.
  • Reference architecture
  • Data & calibration model
  • AI / LLM boundary design
  • Build-vs-buy direction
02 · Product authorship
From methodology to shippable product.
Authoring the product spec, sequencing the roadmap, and de-risking what’s about to be built — the discipline that turns a methodology into something a customer can use in minutes. Every studio product runs through this gate before a line of production code gets written.
  • Product spec authorship
  • Roadmap sequencing
  • Architectural review & critique
  • Pre-build de-risking
03 · Methodology authorship
Frameworks built to be calibrated, not decked.
The work that produced the UPMM. Maturity models, scoring rubrics, behavioral anchors, and provenance systems — the kind of methodology that goes under a product, not on a slide. Every studio product ships with one of these underneath it.
  • Scoring & rubric design
  • Behavioral-anchor authorship
  • Provenance & auditability
  • Calibration corpus design
What kind of studio
We’re a product studio, not a dev shop. We don’t bill hours, take client builds, or staff engineers onto someone else’s roadmap. The studio builds GTM software, with operator pedigree and methodology underneath. Haloplane is the first. More is coming.
02The work

The studio’s first product is the case study.

Everything we say about how we build is auditable in what we built. Haloplane and the Universal Partnership Maturity Model are what this studio looks like when it points its discipline at itself.

Haloplane · UPMM
A credit score for the partner business you should be building.
Haloplane scores B2B companies across 17 dimensions in minutes, then issues a calibrated 12-month roadmap tuned to the company. Underneath it: the UPMM — an operator-authored maturity model with behavioral anchors at every level and a 7-tier provenance system. This is what our three practices look like, stacked.

Three practices, one product
What it produced, line by line.
  • Architecture direction — calibration layer, AI boundary, and provenance design were architectural calls before they were features.
  • Product authorship — the product spine was authored, sequenced, and de-risked before a line of production code.
  • Methodology authorship — the UPMM is what that practice produces when pointed at a real domain.

Haloplane is live. More is coming.

The studio is building toward a portfolio of GTM software products with operator-grade methodology underneath. If you want to follow what we ship, partner with the studio, or talk about joining — say hi.
